Chlapcek dostal k narodeninam papagaja. Dospeleho s prisernym chovanim a este horsim slovnikom. Kazde druhe slovo bolo neslusne. Tie slova, ktore neboli neslusne, boli aspon urazlive. Chlapcek sa snazil papagaja prevychovat, neustale na neho vludne rozpraval, hral mu jemnu hudbu, robil vsetko, co ho len napadlo, aby mu dal dobry priklad. Nic nepomahalo. Reval na papagaja a ten na neho reval spat. Triasol s nim, ale to papagaja len rozculilo a bol este arogantnejsi. Nakonec papagaja v najvacsom zufalstve strcil do mraznicky. Chvilu sa ozyvalo kvicanie, kopanie a krik. Potom uplne stichol a pol minuty bol ticho. Chlapcek sa vydesil, ze sa mu nieco stalo a rychlo otvoril dvere. Papagaj pokorne vystupil z mraznicky, vkracal do chlapcekovych nastavenych ruk a vravi: "Domnievam sa, ze som vas patricne urazal svojim arogantnym jazykom a vystupovanim. Budem sa usilovat o to, aby som to napravil. Je mi to naozaj luto a prosim o odpustenie." Chlapcek zasol nad tou zmenou papagajovho spravania a chystal sa opytat, co zapricinilo tu dramaticku zmenu, ked tu vtak pokracoval: "A mozem sa opytat co vyviedlo kura?"
