Go into options menu and enter the cheatcode menu. Enter "credits" as the password and you will see the credits.

Last Names

Go into options menu and enter the cheatcode menu. Enter "redzone" as the password and you will have different last names for all of the players. Ex: all wide receivers last names are "Miller".
