Pause game play, then quickly press B, A(2), B, A(2).

Get everything

Go to the options screen. Then go to the difficulty level. Type in B-A-R-R-Y. You can pick any level or bonus level. you can also get invul (which means you can't get hurt unless you fall in a hole or get run over by a boulder.)
